By downloading, accessing, or using DrawIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DrawIt is an educational application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze children's drawings and provide insights to parents about emotional themes and developmental patterns.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you provide
• You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account with others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Basic features are available at no cost.

Paid Subscriptions:

• Family Plus and Family Pro subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's account settings

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all drawings and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to:

• Process and analyze drawings to provide our services
• Store your content securely on our servers
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Share insights or analysis in ways that could harm a child

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, AI models, and content (excluding user content), is owned by DrawIt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The AI analysis will be 100% accurate
• The insights provided will be suitable for any particular purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAWIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data and children's profiles will be permanently removed
• Any active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's account settings
• This action cannot be undone

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
